| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr and Mrs Danny Sharp and shall be for a limited period being the period of 2 years from the date of this consent, or the period during which the premises are occupied by Mr and Mrs whichever is the shorter.
REASON: This permission is granted exceptionally and only in view of the personal circumstances of the applicant having regard to DC3, DC4 and DC61 of the Havering Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD 2008, coupled with the requirements of paragraphs 54-56 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018. |
| 2. | When the premises cease to be occupied by Mr and Mrs Danny Sharp or at the end of 2 years, whichever shall first occur, the use hereby permitted shall cease and all materials and equipment brought on to the premises in connection with the use shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition as a garage.
REASON: The use hereby approved is not considered suitable as a permanent form of development to safeguard living conditions and private amenity space, having regard to Policy DC3 - HOUSING DESIGN AND LAYOUT, DC4 - CONVERSIONS TO RESIDENTIAL AND SUBDIVISION OF RESIDENTIAL USES of the adopted Core Strategy and Development Policies DPD 2008, coupled with the Residential Design SPD, Adopted April 2010. |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: During consideration by the delegated officer different weight was placed on the planning merits and it was decided to allow temporary planning permission. |
