| 1. | The proposed side/front extension, by reason of its bulk, massing and lack of set back from the main building line, forms a dominant and visually intrusive feature that would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the host property and this pair of dwellings, resulting in development that is harmful to the visual amenity of the streetscene contrary to Policy 26 of the Havering Local Plan 2021, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy 7.4 of the London Plan. |
