No special circumstances have been submitted in this case and the proposal is therefore contrary to Policies G2 of the London Plan 2021 and the National Planning Policy Framework 2021. |
| 2. | The proposed development would, by reason of its height, bulk, material, mass and design, would appear as an unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature within the landscape and to the area more generally and would be contrary to policy 26 of the Local Plan, policy G2 of the London Plan 2021 and the National Planning Policy Framework 2021. |
