1.The proposed development, by reason of its excessive depth, height and position to the neighbouring property would be an intrusive and unneighbourly development resulting in an overbearing impact, a significant loss of outlook, light and an increased sense of enclosure to the detriment of the amenities of adjacent occupiers at No.137 Havering Road, Romford contrary to Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to Mr Collinson (agent) by e-mail on 15-02-24.
