1.The proposed first floor side extension on the western boundary would by reason of its height, depth and proximity to the shared boundary with No.11 Nelmes Way be an intrusive and unneighbourly development, resulting in an overbearing impact and increased sense of enclosure to the detriment of the occupiers of no.11 contrary to Policy 7 of the Havering Local Plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to the agent via email on 20.01.23.
