| 1. | The garden shed, by reason of scale and external appearance, is an inappropriate and visually intrusive development, out of scale and character with and materially harmful to the special character and appearance of this part of the Gidea Park Conservation Area, contrary to the provisions of Policies ENV1, ENV3 and ENV23 and Appendices 1 & 7 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
| 2. | INFORMATIVE: The applicant is advised that the existing shed is unauthorised development and it is suggested that the applicant contact the planning department immediately to discuss appropriate measures to remedy the harm caused by the development. Failure to do so could result in the Council taking enforcement action to secure the removal or alteration of the shed without further redress to the applicant. |
