| 2. | The proposed external stacking racks, to the southern boundary bordering Dominion Way would, by reason of its position and proximity to neighbouring properties cause an overbearing impact and loss of outlook, which would have a serious and adverse effect on the living conditions of adjacent occupiers 27 Dominion Way, contrary to Policy 7 of the Havering Local Plan. |
| 3. | Insufficient information has been provided to assess the impact of the proposals on the existing trees on site, without which the Council is unable to adequately assess the proposals as to whether or not they would adversely impact upon the existing trees. As such, the development does not meet Policy 27 of the Havering Local Plan related to Landscaping. |
