1.The proposed development, by reason of its design and location would require the removal of existing pv panels located on the western elevation of the roof of the dwelling. This would inhibit the dwelling contributing to the agreed upon the required emissions reduction capacity of the Dovers Corner Industrial Estate as stipulated under Condition 13 of P0922.15. This outcome would be contrary to Policy SI 2 of the London Plan 2021 and Policy 12 of the Local Plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to the agent via email.
