| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 2. | The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 08:00 to 23:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 10:00 to 22:30 Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity (Local Plan policy 7 and 34). |
| 3. | All clinical waste shall be stored within the premises until collection by the appropriate company unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
In the interests of visual and neighbour amenity, in accordance with Policy 35 of the Local Plan. |
| 4. | This permission does not confer or imply approval for any alterations to the exterior of the building or advertisements, which may require submission of a further application. |
| 5. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
