| 1. | The proposed development, by reason of the excessive width of the bungalow, which would unacceptably upset the symmetry of the semi-detached pair, together with the incongruous form of development, the prominent location of the site and the relationship to the boundaries of the site, would result in a visually intrusive feature in the streetscene, harmful to the visual amenities of the surrounding area, contrary to Policy ENV1 of and Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) to the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
