1.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
2.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11:00 and 21:00 on Thursdays, 10:00 and 19:00 on Fridays, 09:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays and Mondays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy 7 of the Havering Local Plan.
3.The use hereby permitted shall cease and all equipment and materials brought onto the land for the purposes of such use shall be removed within 3 months of the date of failure to meet the requirements set out in (i) below:- i. within 3 months of the date of this decision a scheme for refuse and recycling facilities shall have been submitted for the written approval of the local planning authority, implemented within 1 month of the approved details and shall be retained permanently thereafter. Reason: Insufficient information has been supplied with the application to judge how refuse and recycling will be managed on site. Submission of this detail within 3 months of the date of failure to meet the requirements set out in (i) above will protect the amenity of the locality generally.
4.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018.
