1.	The proposed development incorporating a front dormer window and large box dormers to both flanks, relates poorly to the subject dwelling and would, by reason of their height, bulk and mass, appear out of character, unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive in the street scene. The development is therefore harmful to the appearance of the surrounding area and contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD and the Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD.
