| 1. | The proposed extension incorporating the roof alteration would, by reason of its insubordinate design (insufficient setback and roof profile) would further unbalance the appearance of this semi-detached dwelling and appear as an unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature thereby harming the visual amenity and character of the host property and surrounding area contrary to the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document, policies D1, D3 and D4 of The London Plan (2021) and Policies 7 and 26 of the Local Plan. |
