| 2. | The applicant should note that the photos submitted to assess this application and revised plans received, show a pitched roof outbuilding at the bottom of the garden. The Local Planning Authority have no records of planning consent being given for this pitched roof outbuilding.
The applicant is advised to submit a retrospective planning application for the pitched roof outbuilding and the matter has been passed to the Planning Enforcement Team to follow up. |
