1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
3. | The change of use here permitted shall not be commenced until the layout of parking and cyle storage to be provided is implemented on site. The parking area and cyle storage shall then be retained thereafter in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter solely for use by users of the community centre.
Reason: To ensure that car parking accommodation is made permanently available to the standards adopted by the Local Planning Authority in the interest of highway safety. |
4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, the use of the premises hereby permitted shall be the only use and no other uses or similar usess within the approved Use Class F(2)b shall be undertaken without express permission in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
In the interests of amenity and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over future development. |
5. | The change of use hereby approved shall not be in use outside the hours of Monday 10:00 - 13:00, Tuesday 10:00 - 13:00, Wednesday 13:00 - 15:00, Fri 17:00 - 19:00, Sat & Sunday 11:00 - 15:00 & 17:00 - 19:00 and in accordance with the submitted Proposed Weekly Timetable, without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

6. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
