| 1. | The retention of port-cabin by reason of its position, size, bulk and length would constitute an unneighbourly and over dominant form of development, resulting in unacceptable loss of visual amenity, outlook and disturbance to its adjoining occupiers. The proposal is contrary to the aims and objectives of Policy ENV1 and Supplementary Guidance Appendix 1 of the adopted Havering Unitary Development Plan Policy DC61 of the supportive DPD and LDF Documents. |
