1.	The details contained in the document titled Gidea Park Autotransformer Substation (ATS) and associated works - Schedule 7 Plans and Specifications - Written Statement for Information, submission reference: HAV/3/4/NR, together with drawings titled Site Plan, drawing number: TSS1B-EDS-DRG-BBA-000064 Revision C02, dated 23/11/2016; and Proposed Elevations, drawing number: TSS1B-EDS-DRG-BBA-000065 Revision C02, dated 23/11/2016 are hereby approved, as plans and specifications, pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Crossrail Act 2008 and permanent works at Ardleigh Close rail sidings. The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the details hereby approved unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the development is constructed in accordance with the submitted details and in the interests of local amenity, having regard to policy DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD.
2.	As agreed during the course of determination, Crossrail Limited shall share the test report for the substation, following switch-on, to evidence that the equipment complies with the reference levels suggested by the International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation (ICNIRP) and does not pose unacceptable risks to human health.
