1. | Any alternations to the historic fabric or changes to doors, stairs, balustrade, canopy shall be carried out in a design and materials to match those of the existing building to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. All other new external finishes shall be carried out in materials sympathetic to the character of the building. Reason:- To safeguard the appearance of the premises and the character of the immediate area, and in order that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
