| 1. | The details contained in the document titled Gidea Park Sidings - Schedule 7 Plans and Specifications - Written Statement for Information, submission reference: HAV/5/4/NR, together with the associated plans, are hereby approved, as plans and specifications, pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Crossrail Act 2008 and permanent works at Gidea Park rail sidings. The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the details hereby approved unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the development is constructed in accordance with the submitted details and in the interests of local amenity, having regard to policy DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
