| 1. | It is recommended that the following trees, Beech tree T1,Hornbeam T2 and Pear tree T3, on the plan of Havering's TPO 08/04 can be pruned. T1 beech tree can be overall crown reduced by up to 2m, and crown lifted 5m, T2 Hornbeam can be overall crown reduced by 2m and crown lifted by 5m and the Pear tree can be overall crown reduced by up to 1.5m. This property is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area and the Magnolia tree can be overall crown reduced by up to 30%. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
