| 2. | It is recommended that this Pine tree T1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 18/03 should be retained, this Pine tree is a specimen tree within the prominent treescape and character of Cobill Close and Westmoreland Avenue, it is healthy tree with good health and vigour. |
| 3. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree you will need to obtain our further consent. |
| 4. | Please note that if the work for which consent is denied is valid for 2 years of the date of this letter. |
| 5. | Whilst it is noted that this tree causes concerns to the resident as a nuisance, whether it be from pine needles, the size of the pine cones, and associated bird mess from nesting/roosting birds, it is not valid reason to fell the pine tree T1 and replace. |
