| 1. | It is recommended that this Horse chestnut tree T1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 21/05 can have the overhang to the garden of 23 Meadway reduced by up to 3m from the tip to previous pruning points and shaped to blend in with the remaining tree crown, so as to leave the tree balanced. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
