1.It is recommended that these trees as shown on the Havering TPO plan 18/87 can be pruned, the three Sycamore trees that stand to the front of 119 The Rectory, can be crown lifted 4m and the Sycamore tree to the far right hand side can have the branches growing over the garage reduced by 2m, the three Sycamore trees to the flank of 119 The Rectory, which are on the boundary with the car park of Oriel House Flats can be overall crown reduced by up to 2m to include the overhang to the car park, from the branch tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced. The Holm Oak that is situated in the rear garden can be reduced by up to a maximum of 3m from the tip and not to exceeding branch thickness of 100mm.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
3.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
