| 1. | It is recommended that the trees identified below can be pruned as follows;
T32 Oak, can have the overhang cut back by up to 1.5m.
T38 Ash, crown rise 4m, to remove the 2 lower limbs growing through the conifer hedging, crown thin 10% and overall crown reduction by up to 1.5m.
T41 Ash, remove lowest branches growing over the garage and overall crown reduced by up to 2m.
group G4 of three conifers, cut back to boundary to create a formal hedge, as shown on the Havering TPO plan 22/88. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
