| 1. | It is recommended that this Horse Chestnut, and Ash tree, that stand to the left hand side of Menthone Place, on the boarder of 75 North Street, and are identified as being T1 and T4 on the plan of Havering's TPO 39/91, can be crown lifted up to 5m to facilitate building works and to reduce the overhang to 75 North Street by up to 1.5m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the trees balanced. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
