| 3. | The group consists of 4 mature oak trees labelled T1 to T4. T1 - shorten branch going in a SE direction by up to 2m. T2 - reduce crown by 2m growing in a Northerly direction. Trees T...T4 - reduce the canopies of all the trees by 1-1.5m. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |

To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
