| 1. | Cut back Creeper vegetation to fence line. |
| 2. | The Creeper vegetation to fence line is out side the boundary of the area A1, on the plan of Havering's TPO 12/82 so permission is not required for this work. |
| 3. | It is recommended that these trees identified as being reference area A1 several trees of whatever species standing in the area numbered A1 on the map of the plan of Havering's TPO 12/82, can be can be crown reduced to previous pruning points, to create a pollard frame work. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 5. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 6. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
