1.It is recommended that these trees in the rear of 20 Gidea Close. T1-2 Limes tree's adjacent to the rear fence backing on to Queensland Lodge, Main Road. T4 Magnolia and T5 Maple which are next to the Conifer hedge on right hand flank of main lawn, and the three Sycamore trees, T6, T7 and T8 and the Yew tree T9 are situated on the left hand boundary on the flank of the main lawn, these tree's can be pruned as follows; T1-2 Lime Reduce to pollard at old pollard points approx 15ft T4 Magnolia Crown reduce by up to 1m and re-shape T5 Maple Crown reduce by 1/3rd and crown lift to allow more light into Conifer Hedge T6-7 Sycamore Reduce back down to previous pruning points T8 Sycamore Crown reduce back down to previous pruning points T9 Yew Crown reduce by up to 1m and shape in accordingly.
2.The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree[s] you will need to obtain our further consent.
3.Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work.
