| 1. | It is recommended that this Copper Beech tree, T1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 5/99 can be overall crown reduced by up to 1.5m to previous pruning points. The two trees that are situated at the bottom of the rear garden can be overall crown reduced by up to 30% and crown thinned by 5%. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
