| 1. | It is recommended that these trees as shown on the Havering TPO plan 16/63 as area A1 can have the works completed as in the schedule of works.
0C5A Group of 4x Prunus: Reduce crowns by 2m on all compass points to mitigate encroachment issues and maintain tree canopy size.
0C56 & 0C57 Poplar x2: Reduce crowns by 3-4m on all compass points to previous reduction points to control and manage tree size and height. Small holes around base.
0C55 Prunus: Reduce crown from 6m to 5m in height and North canopy aspect from 4m to 2.5m to re balance shape and mitigate encroachment to car park.
0C52 Poplar: Fell Southern stem rubbing with steel fence and pollard remaining stems to 10m from ground level for future maintenance due to lean over road towards buildings.
0C4X 2x Ash: Reduce and reshape crowns by 3m on all compass points to mitigate encroachment to adjacent property.
0C4U Ash: Self sown close to wall and adjacent driveway. Fell to ground level to avoid future issue and mitigate encroachment.
0C4W Acer: Pollard to 4m from ground level retaining lower canopy growth points due to decay in stems and crown. Footpath beneath.
0C4S Ash: Poor crown form due to historic leader removal. Reduce North canopy aspect from 4m to 2.5m to re balance shape and encourage better crown formation.
0C4P 3x Poplars: Fell to ground level due to one sided leaning canopies over road towards buildings and butt sweep. |

| 4. | 0C56 & 0C57 Poplar x2: The small holes around base, are evidence of the Hornet Moth, these trees should be put on a monitoring schedule and whilst these are considered a secondary agent of decline, there is potential that here may be decay with in the stem and would be beneficial to explore further with decay detecting equipment. |
