1.The Councils Arboricultural Officer is of the opinion that the Cherry Tree T34 on Havering's TPO 19/71, is showing signs of decay and needs to be removed as it is mature tree that has an estimated life span that is less than five years.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
3.That the tree for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by a Cherry Tree (Prunus kanzan or similar)Heavy Standard 12-14cm girth and a height of 3.00-3.50m, in the same location as the present tree within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original tree. Failure to plant the replacement tree as required can lead to enforcement action. THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED. Reason: In the interests of public amenity and to enable the Council to update its records.
