1. | It is recommended that these four apple trees that stand to the rear of 61a Queenswood Lodge, Which is within the Gidea Park Conservation Zone may be felled and replaced by more suitable native disease resistant varieties such as Orange pippin/russet. |
2. | That the four apple trees for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by four apple trees, either Orange pippin/russet varieties and should be, heavy-standard container grown, 12-14 cm girth, in the rear of 61a Queenswood Lodge, in the same location as the original four apple trees were. |
3. | Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work. |
