There in requirement to gain permission to remove these two trees. |
| 3. | It is recommended that the Acer Negundo tree T9 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 41/90 can be overall crown reduced by up to 2.5m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced. |
