1.Remove all deadwood.
2.Deadwood in the canopy is not covered by the TPO process, so permission is not required for this work, but it is covered, as an notification that work is intended to remove this from the Oak trees.
3.The group identified as being group G1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 31/72 which consists of 4 mature oak trees labelled T1 to T4, can be pruned from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree's balanced. T1 - shorten branch going in a SE direction by up to 2m. T2 - reduce crown by 2m going in a Northerly direction. Trees T3 and T4 trees - reduce the canopies of these trees by no more than 1.5m.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
