1.It is recommended that these three trees that are the subject of this application, which stand in the grounds of RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre. The Cherry tree, in the centre of the D shaped lawn to the front, Ash tree, in the access drive to the right hand side growing through the chain link fence. In the rear to the left hand side of the demountable building there is a False acacia. They are shown as been within the area A1, identified by a black dotted line on the plan of Havering's TPO 6/15, can be overall removed.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
3.Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the tree for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the three trees.
