1.Removal of deadwood
2.Where there is deadwood with in the canopy of the tree, there is no requirement to gain permission to remove it, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove deadwood from the identified trees that require to be pruned.
3.It is recommended that the following trees as shown on the Havering TPO plan 26/84 can be overall crown reduced as below. T1(T13) - Poplar - Reduce height & spread of crown by up to 2 metres & shape, Remove major deadwood / To maintain condition of tree & reduce risk of limb failure. T4 (T15)- Poplar - Reduce height & spread of crown by up to 2 metres & shape, Remove major deadwood / To maintain condition of tree & reduce risk of limb failure. T5 (G1)- Poplar - Reduce height & spread of crown by up to 2 metres & shape, Remove major deadwood / To maintain condition of tree & reduce risk of limb failure. T6 (T1)- Poplar - Reduce height & spread of crown by up to 2 metres & shape, Remove major deadwood / To maintain condition of tree & reduce risk of limb failure. T7 (T5)T8 T9 T10 T11 T12(G4) T13 (G5)- 7 x Oaks - Reduce crown height & spread by up to 2 metres & shape, Remove major deadwood / To maintain condition of tree & canopy distance from neighbouring buildings.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
