| 3. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree you will need to obtain our further consent. |
| 4. | Whilst it is noted that this tree causes concerns to the resident as a nuisance, whether it be from pine needles, the size of the pine cones, and associated bird mess from nesting/roosting birds, it is not valid reason to fell the pine tree T1 and replace. |
