| 2. | The unidentified tree to the right hand side of the willow tree T1 of TPO 19/85 is not part of the TPO process, so permission is not required for this work to fell the tree, but this is covered as an notification that work is intended to remove this unidentified tree, as to leave it standing would leave it compromised with the potential for it to fail in the near future. |
| 3. | It is recommended that this willow tree T1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 19/85 can be felled. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
| 5. | Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the willow tree T1 for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the willow tree. |
