| 2. | The removal of deadwood is not covered by the TPO process so there is no requirement to gain permission to remove this, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove this dead wood from the Ash tree. |
| 3. | It is recommended that this Ash tree as being part of reference area A2 on the plan of Havering's TPO 20/88, can be crown reduced by up to 2m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced and the overhang to the property reduced. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

| 5. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.

To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 6. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
