| 2. | It is recommended that these Hawthorn tree's as shown as area A1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 28/85, should not be removed to facilitate growing of vegetables. |
| 3. | These Hawthorn trees do not merit the removal of the TPO 28/85, as they are healthy but they can be pruned as another application to bring them back in to a more formal shape. |
| 4. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above trees you will need to obtain our further consent. |
