| 1. | It is recommended that these two trees T1 and T22 as shown on Havering's TPO 2/03 can have the following works completed, T1 the Blue atlas cedar can be crown lifted up to 4m, so as to give vehicle access clearance of up to 5m, T22 Douglas fir which is centrally in the garden of 280 Main Road, this tree can be felled. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
| 4. | Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the tree for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the tree. |
