| 2. | That the horse chestnut tree for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by one if the following selection of trees, Silver Birch (Betula pendula), Alder (Alnus glutinosa) , Beech (Fagus sylvatica), Tulip tree (Lirodendron tulipifera), this should be a heavy-standard container grown, 12-14 cm girth, planted to replace the felled Horse Chestnut tree which stands to the right hand side to the rear of 9 Nelmes Road, approximately 18m from the property on the flank boundary fence of Parkstone Avenue and to be completed within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original tree. Failure to plant the replacement tree's as required can lead to enforcement action.
THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED.
