.Felling of Oak tree T3.
.It is recommended that this Oak tree T3 as shown on the Havering TPO plan may not be felled, as it is a healthy specimen with good health and vigour, there are are no cavities in the main stem or canopy to indicate that this tree is in decline or is unhealthy.
.The Ash tree has sparse leaf cover with the majority of the limbs overextended and a considerable amount of deadwood in the canopy, there is a large branch growing over the boundary towards 12B Spinney Close which is showing signs of die back and has shed major deadwood in the the neighbours garden, this ash tree which is identified as part of the group G2 may be felled.
.Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the tree for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the tree.
.It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date).
