1.Removal of deadwood from the crowns of the Monterey Cypress and Ash tree that are the subject of this application which stand to the frontage of 261 Wingletye Lane.
2.Where there is deadwood with in the canopy of the trees, there is no requirement to gain permission to remove this, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove deadwood from the Monterey Cypress and the Ash tree.
3.It is recommended that the two trees as shown on Havering's TPO plan 16/89, Monterey Cypress T1 can be overall crown reduced by up to 1.5m, and the Ash tree T2 can be overall crown reduced by up to 2m, to previous pruning points from the tip to inter-nodal branch break to leave the trees balanced.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
