| 1. | It is recommended that the Lime tree that is the subject to this application which is situated to the front approximately 6m from the property, Floradale which is within the Havering - Atte - Bower Conservation Area, this Lime tree is situated on the curtilage to the right hand side of the in and out driveway should not be removed. |
