1.Removal of dead wood from adjacent protected Sycamore trees.
2.Where there is deadwood with in the canopy of the tree, there is no requirement to gain permission to remove it, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove deadwood from the adjacent Sycamore trees.
3.It is recommended that these 17 Cherry trees of TPO 6/95, which stand to the left hand side of the recently purchased land to the west of Blue Boar Hall can be removed.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
5.It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date).
6.Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the trees for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the 17 Cherry trees.
