| 1. | It is recommended that this Ash tree T1, closest to the front 4 Boyd Close as shown on the Havering TPO plan 28/73 can be crown reduced by up to 1.5m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced to reduce the overhang to the property and all epicormic growth removed from the main trunk up to the main crown break. Ash tree T2, it is recommended that consideration is given to removal of this tree as it is showing extensive signs of crown die back and the remaining crown is also showing signs of stress, it also has a cavity in the lower trunk. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
