| 1. | It is recommended that these five Oak trees that are the subject of this application, and stand to the right hand side of 85 Parklands Avenue and are in the strip of woodland in Parklands Park against the boundary of 85 Parkland Avenue can be pruned as follows.

T1, reduce back selected branches to provide 1 metre clearance from drive.
Back
T2, Reduce back selected branches to fence line.
T3, Reduce back selected branches to provide 1 metre clearance.
T4, Reduce back selective branches to fence line as discussed.
T5, cut back selective branches to fence line as discussed. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
