1.It is recommended that these trees that stand to the rear of 35 Reed Pond Walk which is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area may have the mixed hedge to the righthand side reduce by 50% approx. 3-6m, 2.Reduce height of bay tree by 10% approx. 3ft/1m and give a crown lift of 1m to allow magnolia tree to flourish, 3. to fell small conifer tree on right hand side of garden, 4. to reduce trunk re. height of conifer tree approx. 2m and then tree sides up, 5. to reduce crown of large silver birch tree by 30%, 6. to fell medium sized conifer near birch tree, down to ground level.
2.Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work.
3.You should comply with British Standard No. 3998 'Recommendations for Tree Work' a copy of which can be inspected at this office. You are advised that the work should be undertaken by a competent and suitably qualified tree contractor.
