T2 - False Acacia, Fell and remove tree, as it is in poor condition, there is substantial rot at base and a large vertical fracture rising from ground level some 25ft to just below the canopy where the branches start. There is a substantial amount of dead branches with in the crown and the whole tree is in decline, to be replace with a suitable similar tree. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 5. | It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date). |
| 6. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.

| 8. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree you will need to obtain our further consent. |
| 9. | That the trees for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced as follows; T8 by a Liquidambar, T2 by one of the following tree species; Liquidambar, Silver Birch, or an Acer platanoides such as "Crimson King" these should be heavy-standard container grown, 12-14 cm girth, to replace the felled trees in the adjacent areas to which the original trees T8 Prunus Purple plum and False Acacia T2 were removed from and to be completed within the first available planting season (November to March). Failure to plant the replacement trees as required can lead to enforcement action.
THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED.
